I occasionally have immersed myself in such novels as Tokien's 'Ring' and 'Hobbit' stories.
Didn't quite make it to Harry Potter for which gott-sei-dank I am thankful. :p
I have heard a new 'genre' in vampire novels has now hit the bookstores, the so-called "Twilight" series by Stephenie Meyer which is gaining success second only to Harry Potter books. What is 'new' is that the stories deal with both the normally bad ones but also morally good vampires, who are forever fighting against each other. Obviously there are also standard humans (to provide the much needed fresh blood).
Has anyone here read any of her stuff? :)
